1. What courses do you offer and who are they for?

At Tanzeel Institute, we offer structured online learning in three main areas:
Quran Recitation & Memorization (with Tajweed) — for beginners and advanced learners who wish to perfect their recitation and pronunciation.
Islamic Studies — covering essential topics such as Aqeedah, Fiqh, Seerah, and daily life guidance.
Arabic Language — focusing on understanding Quranic Arabic and improving reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Our courses are suitable for both adults and children, and lessons are tailored to your current level and pace.

2. How do I enroll in a course and what’s the process?

Enrolling is simple:
Book a free trial lesson to meet your teacher and assess your current level.
Choose your preferred learning package (number of sessions per week).
Once enrolled, you’ll receive your class schedule and login details to join live lessons via Zoom.
Start learning right away and progress with your dedicated instructor.

3. What is included in each course?

Each course includes:
Live one-to-one sessions with certified teachers (all are Al-Azhar graduates and Huffaz).
Interactive materials and practice exercises for better understanding.
Progress tracking to monitor your improvement in recitation, memorization, and comprehension.
Access to quizzes, summaries, and recordings to review lessons at your own pace.

4. What are your pricing plans and refund policy?

Our pricing is per session to keep it flexible and affordable.
The price for each lesson is 10$. Payments are made securely online through PayPal.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you’re not completely happy with your learning experience, you’ll receive your money back.
For cancellations, it’s important to inform your teacher at least 3 hours before the lesson; otherwise, no refund will be issued for missed sessions.

5. Do I get lifetime access, and can I study on mobile or tablet?

Yes! You can join your classes from any device — phone, tablet, or laptop. Lesson notes and materials remain available throughout your enrollment, and recordings can be accessed anytime for review.
However, we recommend using a larger screen, such as a tablet or laptop, to view the learning materials more clearly.
Additionally, many of our lessons include downloadable study materials that you can keep for a lifetime, allowing you to continue reviewing and learning even after completing your course.
